Your day to day role.
This is This role manages the creation of Contenutal’s marketing and brand collateral. As a senior creative designer, you have extensive expertise in brand and communications design, as well as very strong skills in illustration. You have a knack for crafting beautiful designs for various purposes. We are looking for a person that doesn’t shy away from any type of graphic design! Key areas would be:
- Create enticing visuals for the client brand & marketing campaigns.
- Develop concept treatments and be able to implement them.
- Take ownership of content creation projects from start to finish, dealing with pitching, motion design, and a variety of digital assets.
- Interpreting briefs from the Content team to develop a cohesive on-brand creative vision with storytelling, design and clever advertising in mind.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in the content landscape, marketing trends, competitors and content consumption.
- Take ownership of your work, initiatives and projects, to ensure our creative quality is consistently elevated.
- Report to the Creative Director, and work closely with the other Senior Content Creators, the Intelligence Team, Post Production Team, as well as client partners.
What you’ll need to succeed.
- BA or higher within Design, Creative, Comms, or similar
- 4-7 years of relevant working experience (at least 3 years in a senior/lead content creator role.
- Excellent presentation and graphic design competencies using Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, InDesign, PowerPoint, etc
- Strong portfolio of video & Photographic work.
- Successful advancement in a top-tier creative agency.
- Ability to quickly learn the process and multitask projects with great detail.
- High level of knowledge and craft to provide top-notch content creation.
- Ability to always deliver detailed quality projects, on time and within budget.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, client-centric, and execution-driven mindset
- Sincere candour and a willingness to always learn and readjust from learnings.

An initial interview between you and a key manager from the team to get to know each other. Here you will learn more about how we work as an organisation and possible synergies betweeen you and us.
Show us what you are made of! You'll receive a hypothetical brand project to work on to flex your skillsets and thinking.
This is a 1 hour conversation with a Team Lead. You’ll first have the opportunity to present your work from the previous assignment before diving deeper into your past experiences. There is a good amount of time for your questions so don’t hesitate to prep some! It is our goal to make sure we’re the right fit for you as much as you’re the right fit for us
